Client agrees to purchase a minimum of 2 months of web
hosting from Online
Business Tools and one domain from Online Business Tools
before Submitting
Adjustment Requests. Client also agrees to continue to purchase web
hosting from Online Business Tools for as long as client uses any free
or purchased designed item such as web pages, flash banners, or graphic

(Unlimited changes before going live). Client agrees to pay for all changes
after website is live. Free
Website Design With Domain Registration Only
Client agrees to purchase a new domain name from Online
Business Tools Submitting
Adjustment Requests. Client also agrees to continue to purchase this
domain name from Online Business Tools for as long as client uses any
free or purchased designed item such as web pages, flash banners, or
graphic banners. Limit one free website design with domain
registration only per customer.
Fast Free Website Design Package Limitations:
Web hosting from Online Business Tools must be new to the customer (not currently owned) to qualify for the free website design package. Recurring billing charges, existing web hosting, free web hosting, web hosting renewals, upgrading web hosting, WebSite Tonight, Online Photo Filer, Quick Shopping Cart, Quick Blogcast "add-on" companion products (such as additional hosting bandwidth and storage) do not qualify as web hosting purchases.Fast Free Website Design Package includes:
- Free professionally designed website using free awesome template from the fallowing approved free template providers.
- Up to 3 free designed WebPages (purchasing more pages and other enhancements are available after Fast Free Website Design GOES LIVE!)
- Free XML site map submitted to Google
- Free contact page with custom contact form that includes 9 input text boxes (purchasing more text boxes available after Fast Free Website Design GOES LIVE!)

keep in mind our design team is not designing free headers with
the Fast Free Website Design Package, they are simply laying down
some graphics that the client provides and is approved by our
design team. Also with special instructions the client provides
on how to merge different pictures together etc. and is approved
by our design team. Furthermore our design team will lay down
some text over the graphics that the client provides with special
instructions. This
text will hopefully be actual text and not special graphics in order
to give your Fast Free Website Design Website a search engine
optimization kick.

Unobtrusive links
will be placed on each page to honor free template's policies , free picture's policies , or free software's policies if used on the website or webpage. These links must remain on the web site or webpage if they are used to create the website or web page.Online Business Tools will place two unobtrusive links on link sharing page linking to ""Online Business Tools" and "Fast Free Website Design".
All services and products provided by our design team at Fast Free Website Design and Online Business Tools are done so "AS IS" and without warranty. The User assumes all risk and liability.
Online Business Tools and/or our design team at Fast Free Website Design are not responsible and assumes absolutely no liability for any damages associated with the use of the Company's services.
The User agrees to hold Online Business Tools and/or our design team at Fast Free Website Design harmless from any damages resulting from a third party or third party software or services, viruses, or any other type of action, whether malicious or otherwise.The User also agrees that service is provided for personal sites only. Using this service for third party clients is strictly prohibited.
Online Business Tools and/or our design team at Fast Free Website Design explicitly denies any responsibility for the accuracy or quality of information obtained through its services or action take as a result of its advice, information or services.
Payment of Services
The User agrees to be responsible for the payment for all services and products provided by the Company. Credit card purchases are subject to the terms and conditions set out by the credit card company.
Design costs include working html pages but not programming. Sites that require databases, special interactions, and e-commerce will need specialized programming and these features are not included in the design prices.
These prices assume that client will gather, write and proofread all content for inclusion in the web site. Maintenance of the site will be included as long as the site is under development and not LIVE; however, extensive and continual revisions will be charged to client at a rate of $50 per page which incurs each time we have to open and update that page.
By joining our service, the User agrees to the terms set forth above. The User also agrees that any other person they have authorized to use this account has been provided this information and is bound by this agreement as well. Use of account services by the User or one of their authorized representatives constitutes acceptance of this agreement and the Acceptable Use Policy. If paying by credit card, the User also agrees to the purchase terms set forth by their credit card company.
Enhancements for the Fast Free Website Design Website
Purchasing enhancements for the Fast Free Website Design Website is available for members only which have:
- The Fast Free Website Design Website is uploaded and using Online Business Tool's hosting services
- The proper unobtrusive links to free template websites or other free service websites if used on that page

Enhancement Development:
Any directions, text, and/or graphics submitted after the Enhancement Approval may add additional charges to the agreed price.

The Free Blog provided by our design team at Fast Free Website Design and Online Business Tools is done so "AS IS" without warranty and with minimal designing. The User assumes all risk, liability, and designing. Our design team at Fast Free Website Design does not offer any support for this product. Support may be found at http://lifetype.net/. The user will be provided with a user name and a password to start the new Blog when the user's Fast Free Website Design Package is LIVE! or shortly before. The user will have the option to add a link to the Free Blog at any time on the Fast Free Website Design Website provided that the fallowing is true: · The Fast Free Website Design Website is uploaded and using Online Business Tool's hosting services · The proper unobtrusive links to free template websites or other free service websites if used on that page · The Fast Free Website Design Website is LIVE! · The Fast Free Website Designed Websites is uploaded to and in good standing with Online Business Tool's hosting services
Refunds
- Enhancement fees are refundable within 14 days after enhancements goes live.
About Templates and Scripts
The design team at Fast Free Website Design reserves the right to cancel or refuse any templates or scripts submitted and or requested by the client.
- Templates, scripts and website designs are not guaranteed to work on all browsers.
- Some template or scripts submitted and or requested by the client may be broken or hard to work with and will be refused by the design team at fast free website design.

All content must be in final form. The individual or client must complete all editing and proofing before submitting the content.

- Before GOING LIVE! Edits for all pages must be provided at the same time using our Web Page Adjustment Forms.
Free Website Development Web Page Adjustment Request
- If accepted, the instructions, text, and graphics submitted with adjustment forms will be used for the adjustments for the web page of your Fast Free Website Design Website.
- Any directions, text, and/or graphics submitted after this Template Adjustment Approval may add additional charges to the agreed price.
- Adjustment of this web page begins shortly after web page adjustment approval and having received adjustment forms for all pages to submit adjustments needs or select to GO LIVE!
- One round of minor text edits is permitted at the final approval stage.
- Edits for all pages must be provided at the same time.
- Additional change cycles thereafter carry additional fees at our standard hourly rates

Please email your final typed version as an attached file, and specify the name of each file that you are emailing with our forms to submit your content materials.
Digital Images
All digital images provided must be in PC format and in an Adobe PhotoShop or Illustrator (example formats include .jpg, .gif, .psd, .ai, .tif, .eps) compatible file. .
- Photos are selected during the design phase of every website.
- Photos purchased are not included in the fees.
- Clients are responsible to furnish photos that are digital-ready for insertion, otherwise additional scanning fees apply.
- Clients can purchase photos from our website
- Development of your pages will not begin until all images are provided.
- Cropping photos is at our discretion.
- Our design team charges an hourly rate for website design outside our standard packaged prices, which includes consultation, design time and revisions.
- We will estimate the design time and require up-front payment of that estimate in order to schedule design of the website.
- The design of a three page website typically takes 8 to 16 hours. Additional pages typically take 30 to 90 minutes.
- Design team will start on your design when all content is
submitted

- Desires complicated elements like slideshows, hover buttons, flash, virtual tours, printable pages, etc.
- Wants Online Business Tools and/or our design team at Fast Free Website Design to work with third party designers or consultants.
- Does not provide us with design expectations such as colors, logo, or layout before we begin work, or if the client changes his/her mind frequently.
Policy and Terms of Service
Steps and Considerations Before GOING LIVE!
Upon final development and approval, your new website will be uploaded to your host server and be considered LIVE! and ready for business. When ready to GO LIVE! please down load and complete and sign the "Completed Site Signoff GO LIVE Form" then fax or email this form to our design team.
- Submit adjustment requests for each web page working towards final approval stage before GOING LIVE!
- Edits for all pages must be provided at the same time before GOING LIVE!
- Additional change cycles thereafter GOING LIVE can carry additional fees at our standard hourly rates.
- Upon final development and approval, websites may be elected to GO LIVE!
- Once the website is elected to GO LIVE! the manual process of uploading the website to host server may take 1 to 7 days depending on GO LIVE! site traffic.
When your FREE DESIGN WEBSITE GOES LIVE!
- *Website will be uploaded to host server and ready for business.
- **XML site map will be created and Google will be pinged
- Edit your new website yourself ( we do offer website updating ).
- Purchase additional pages and other enhancements
*NOTE: The manual process of uploading the website to host
server may take 1 to 7 days depending on live site traffic.
**Note: Graphic and text changes made for web after design
approval can be extremely time consuming and will incur additional
charges.
Additional change cycles thereafter carry additional fees at our standard hourly rates.
Copyrights and Trademarks
The Client represents to Online Business Tools and/or our design team at Fast Free Website Design unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to our design team for inclusion in web pages are owned by the Client, or that the Client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Online Business Tools and/or our design team at Fast Free Website Design and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the Client
